Temperature determines quality
Controlled heating and cooling are crucial in shrink fit technology. Only within the optimum temperature range can precise, dimensionally stable tool clamping be achieved – reliably throughout the entire period of use.

The Kemmler shrink fitter with SafeControl technology automatically detects the geometry and mass of the tool holder and precisely regulates the heating power – regardless of the tool holder manufacturer.

This ensures that each holder is heated to exactly the optimum temperature range – for maximum process reliability and repeatability.

SafeControl – For maximum safety during shrinking
The intelligent SafeControl function monitors the inductive heating process in real time and precisely detects when the shrink chuck has reached the optimum temperature. The process is stopped automatically. Overheating is impossible. The result: maximum process reliability and gentle handling of materials during every application.

One-touch operation with smart web connection
Three pre-programmed cycles are activated at the touch of a button, operate energy-efficiently and provide reliable protection against overheating. The integrated software enables individual configurations and status queries in real time via WLAN or Ethernet.

Air cooling unit
The optional air cooling unit offers a powerful solution for fast and gentle tool cooling. The tool is inserted directly after the shrinking process. Depending on the geometry of the tool holder, it is cooled evenly and completely in a very short time. Targeted air flow for fast, controlled and gentle cooling.
