Returns
Orders that have not been fulfilled to your satisfaction can be returned to us if the parcel weighs less than 30 kilograms.
Do you have a return that weighs more than 30 kilograms in total? Get in touch with your personal contact person in the back office. We will then organise the return via our forwarding agent.
Making a return
Complete the returns slip in full, enclose it with your return and send the goods to us.

Please note:
- The goods must be in mint, saleable condition.
- The goods must be in the undamaged original packaging.
- The goods must not be labelled or engraved.
- All accessories must be present.
- Documents such as certificates and operating instructions must be available.

You can also exchange the goods in the event of an incorrect order. Please use our returns slip for this purpose.
Repair
What do I do if my delivered goods are defective?
We are also there for you after your purchase! Orders that unfortunately did not meet your expectations can be returned to us. If in doubt, you are welcome to contact us in advance to discuss the next steps.
At what point is a repair at KEMMLER subject to a charge?
Tradespeople are subject to a twelve-month warranty period from the invoice date. After this twelve-month period, a repair is subject to a charge.
How many months is the warranty period after purchase?
A warranty period of twelve months from the invoice date applies to traders.
