Why can't I log in with the access data from the old online shop?
Customers
Your customer account and password have been retained during the move to our new online shop platform. You only need to request a new password.
New: Previously, only one account / email address was possible per customer. From now on, employees can also register and order. However, the prerequisite is that they are stored as contact persons in our merchandise management system. You can then request a password >Your account > Password recovery.
If you are not yet registered, simply contact our sales department.

Aus Datenschutzgründen haben wir alle Nicht-Kundendaten unserer ehemaligen Online-Shop-Plattform gelöscht. Wir möchten Sie daher bitten, sich erneut bei uns zu registrieren. Sie können Ihr neues Kundenkonto über den Link "Jetzt registrieren" im Login-Bereich erstellen.
How do I set up a customer account?
For data protection reasons, we have deleted all non-customer data from our former online shop platform. We would therefore ask you to register with us again. You can create your new customer account via the ‘Register now’ link in the login area.
How can I best protect my account?
The best protection is to use a strong password. Below you will find some recommendations for assigning passwords:
- Create a long password with at least 16 characters
- Use upper and lower case letters as well as numbers and special characters
- Do not use passwords more than once Make your password random by not using words or numbers associated with your personal details
- Use a password manager with which unique passwords can be created, saved and managed
How can I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it in the login area. Click on ‘Reset password’ and then enter the e-mail address you used to create your KEMMLER customer account. You will then receive an e-mail with a link that you can use to assign your new password. Please note that the delivery of the e-mail may take some time and check your spam folder if necessary. You can then use the new password to log in to your KEMMLER customer account as usual.
